By accessing or using the Wishary mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wishary is a social commerce wishlist application that allows users to save products from online stores, organize them into wishlists, track prices, set price drop alerts, and share wishlists with others. The Service also allows users to attach video review links (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to saved products.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and content created by Wishary, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (wishlists, notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Product Data & Third-Party Content

Wishary extracts product information (titles, prices, images) from third-party online stores for your personal use. This information belongs to the respective retailers and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of product data, including prices.

7. Price Tracking Disclaimer

Price information displayed in Wishary is collected from third-party retailers and is provided for informational purposes only. Prices may change at any time without notice. Wishary does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price information. Always verify prices on the retailer's website before making a purchase.

8. Video Content

Users may attach links to Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts as video reviews. Wishary uses Meta's oEmbed API to display thumbnails and metadata for Instagram content. All video content remains the property of its original creators and platforms. Wishary does not host or store video content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wishary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
